What are the benefits of this class?
As children adjust to the dance movements and postures, they increase body coordination, confidence and self-esteem. Freestyle dance also teaches students independence and creativity. The high physicality of dances also improves flexibility range of motion, strength, stamina and overall fitness.

Who will teach this class?
Amo, born and raised in Tokyo, has over 20 years of dance teaching experience in Tokyo and Sydney, specializing in Hip-hop, Jazz Hip-hop, and Girls Hip-hop. Her career includes working as a backup dancer and choreographer for artists such as Mana Mizuki, SS501, and Kumi Koda, as well as performances in major projects like TBS Animation 『IS』 SUPER∞SUPER STREAM, TV Asahi’s “Mousousousa,” TOEI’s “Akiba Ranger,” and Google’s “Nexus 7” commercial. With strong interpersonal and communication skills, Amo is both a skilled instructor and performer. She also won 1st place in Japan for her performance in “Monster.”
